Clinical Partners
DR THOMAS BROUGHTON
MB, BS, MRes, MRCGP – Partner
Tom graduated in 2011 from Norwich Medical School and gained a Masters in Health Research with distinction. He has worked in various hospital specialties including 2 years in urgent care whilst living in New Zealand. He completed GP training in 2018 and became a GP partner in 2019. He is an Educational Supervisor for the University of Oxford and will start training GP Registrars in 2023. He is interested in all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in medical education, palliative care and men's health.
DR ANNA FURLONGER
MB BS, MRCGP, DRCOG, DCH , DFSRH, PGCCE - Partner
Anna qualified from the Royal Free Hospital in London in 1997 and enjoyed various hospital jobs in the South of England before moving to work at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, in various specialities for 3 years. Anna has been a Partner at the practice since 2002. She has special interests in Women’s Health, Paediatrics and Medical Education.
DR STUART LOGAN
MB, ChB, MRCGP (GLASGOW 1989) – Partner
Stuart graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1989 and has been a partner in the Practice since 1996.Clinically he has a particular interest in diabetes .He enjoys dealing with patients with long-term conditions where the issues and overlap are often complex.
DR MICHAEL MULHOLLAND
BSc, MB, ChB, DRCOG, MSc (Med Ed), FRCGP – Partner
Michael qualified in 1994 and become a GP Partner at Unity Health in 1999. His clinical interests include psychological illness, health promotion and care of older people. He has been involved in Medical Education primarily for GPs and continues to train new GPs. He has also been a Training Programme Director and Associate GP Dean responsible for GP training in Buckinghamshire during which time he gained an MSc in Medical Education from UCL. He now has an interest in the training and development of the multi-professional team working in primary care. He has worked for the Royal College of GPs in roles ranging from Faculty to Regional to National level at which he has been on the RCGP Council, the Vice Chair for Professional Development and Standards from 2018 – 2021 and now Honorary Secretary in which he has oversight of clinical policy for RCGP
DR SARAH PADDOCK
MBChB (2008 Leicester), MRCGP, DRCOG, PGCME- Partner
Sarah qualified from the University of Leicester in 2008, and worked in various specialities before starting training in general practice. Sarah worked in Northampton for 9 years before moving to Unity Health and becoming a partner in 2023. Sarah is a GP trainer so may have trainee GPs with her at times. Sarah has an interest in women's health and joint injections.
DR DENNIS PHANG
MBCHB MRCGP
Dennis qualified in 2014 from University of Leicester and became a GP in 2019. He has a wide experience in emergency medicine as well as paediatrics, and has a clinical interest in dermatology. Dennis worked in Northampton and Milton Keynes prior to joining Unity Health as a partner in May 2023.
DR MICHAEL RODGER
MBChB BSc (hons) MRCGP FRCAGP
Completed his medical degree at Liverpool University in 2001, following which he worked in a range of hospital jobs in Cambridge, Oxford and Central London, including accident and emergency, general medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology and psychiatry. Completed general practice training in the London Chelsea and Westminster scheme. Experience of working in the NHS in London, and has also worked abroad, spending several years as a primary care doctor in Singapore and Australia. Previously worked as an NHS partner in a busy practice in North East Oxfordshire. Enjoys the diverse set of medical problems that general practice brings and he looks forward to delivering excellent care as part of the team at Unity Health. Happy to consult with patients about most areas of medicine and has particular interest in travel medicine, men’s health and diabetes.
DR STEPHEN STAMP
BM, BCh, MA – Partner
Stephen qualified in 1990 and joined the Practice in 1994, initially as a GP registrar and then in 1995 as a partner. Special interests in pharmacology, respiratory medicine and cardiovascular medicine.
DR ANNA WILLCOCK
BSc (Hons) MB ChB MRCS (ENT) MRCGP – Partner
Anna qualified in 2010 and initially undertook training in ENT and Audiovestibular medicine before moving to General Practice. She joined Unity Health in 2021.

DR HENRIETTA CHURCH
Bsc BS DFFP DRCOG MRCGP (LONDON 1999) – Salaried GP
Henrietta qualified in 1999 and was previously a Partner at a GP practice in London for 8 years. Following a move to Buckinghamshire she has been a GP with Unity Health since 2013. Henrietta is interested in all aspects of general practice, and is also a GP Appraiser.
DR DANIEL SALMON
MBBS MRCGP
Dan graduated from St George's, University of London in 2008. He moved to Oxfordshire for GP training in 2010 and qualified as a GP in 2013. He has worked as a partner in the Abingdon surgery since 2013. He joined the Unity Health team in August 2023.

MBBS, IBSc, MRCGP – Salaried GP
Judy qualified in 2011 from Norwich Medical School and did her GP training in West Yorkshire before moving to Buckinghamshire. She is interested in all areas of general practice.

Claire Qualified in 1992 and joined the Practice in 2014 as a salaried GP. Special interests in paediatrics and palliative care.

Jaini graduated in 2009 from Birmingham university and completed her GP training in Barnet. She has a special interest in lifestyle medicine and perinatal mental health.

Katrina qualified in 2012 from Dundee University Medical School and completed her GP training in Bucks. She has interests in all areas of general practice, including medical education.

MARTA GORSKA
MPharm (Łódz, Poland 2003)
Marta graduated in 2003 from the Medical University of Łódz, Poland and gained a Master’s degree in Pharmacy with Distinction. Marta relocated to the UK, initially to work as a community pharmacist for one of the chain pharmacies. Following a few years spent working in different pharmacies across Oxfordshire, she pursued her career to become a prescribing adviser in the Medicine Optimisation Team in Oxfordshire CCG, eventually becoming a clinical pharmacist working in GP practices. Her special interests include psychological illness, pharmacology, medicine optimisation and evidence-based prescribing. Committed to continuing her clinical development, Marta is currently enrolled on a postgraduate independent prescribing course.
