You may alternatively write or speak to our Practice Manager. In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, the CCG operates a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). The PALS can often help resolve problems and to speak to an officer, ring 0800 328 5640.
